Staff are rude and tried to make an appointment about having a chest infection and said can get something over the counter. Certain doctors don't listen and are ignorant! Also surgery's disorganized.

Always when I visit I feel very well cared for, not just as a pt of symptoms but as a person. Dr Fitch and Liz in particular are superb.

Other than a couple of long waits for an appointment, care has been v good. Referrals made that then led to diagnosis and treatment (successful). Prompt and professional service by nurses re blood tests.
